Our Services include: creating & viewing family trees, heritage blogs, donation & expense records (no transactions), a secure vault, and social features (posts, following, groups, messaging).

We employ secure servers, encryption, and access controls to protect your data. However, no system is completely immune to threats.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account remains active or as required for legitimate purposes. You may delete specific content; some information may be preserved for legal, security, or compliance reasons.

7. International Users

Your data may be stored and processed outside your country. By using the Services, you consent to such transfers and the application of relevant laws.

8. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy as needed. Significant changes will be communicated via email or within the platform. Updated versions take effect on the posted date.

9. User Generated Content

  • Our app allows users to create and share posts and stories with connected and followed users. This content may include images, videos, captions, and profile information.
  • User-generated content is stored securely on our servers and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
  • Users may delete their posts or stories at any time. Once deleted, the content is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
  • Users can report objectionable content and block abusive users to ensure a safe experience.

10. Data Deletion

Users can request permanent account deletion directly from the app via Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, all associated data including posts, stories, and connections will be removed from our systems within 30 days.
